Application via E-Signature and Mobile Signature

  • The Card Application Program uses an e-signature and mobile signature module, which have the same legal validity as a wet signature.
  • If the application process is not completed within one month after the documents are signed with an e-signature, the application will be cancelled.
  • If institutions wish to apply using an e-signature, they must send the Name, Surname, Turkish ID Number of the persons authorized to sign on behalf of the institution, and—if a mobile signature will be used—their phone number along with the operator name, to kartisleri@sgairport.com .The e-mail subject must be “E-signature definition”.
  • Institutions applying with an e-signature must contact the HEAŞ IT Department for the e-signature application.
  • In addition, mobile signature users whose phone line is registered in the name of the institution must be defined as the line user by the mobile operator. Otherwise, the system will not allow mobile signature use.
